player leadership program ::
ANB leadership program is designed for ANB players who are interested in
exploring the coaching environment and building leadership skills. Participants
will have the opportunity to work with young ANB players (ages 4-8) to
demonstrate fundamental skills, teach sportsmanship and to develop and inspire
a love of soccer in the next generation of players.
Selected players to the program will be paired with qualified ANB program
coaches to ensure there is proper supervision & instruction.

• Recognize skills they may already possess.
• Communicate with assertiveness and confidence.
• Learn transferable skills to build confidence in others.
• Gain valuable insight from experienced youth coaches.
• Further develop their ability to understand the beautiful game.
• Build confidence in their ability to shape their own personal
future.
• Try new things and take on challenges, manage ambiguity and navigate
adversity.
• Better understand how they are perceived as a leader and enhance their
personal leadership skills.
Participants in the program must be 14 years of age or older. There is no fee
