Association introduced ANB Futbol one of the ten inaugural teams to be accepted
into the new semi-professional soccer league, League 1 Ontario. The league will
be the highest division of domestic league soccer in Canada and is strongly
supported by the Canadian Soccer Association and Canada’s Men’s
National Team coaching staff.

Academy Futbol traveling to Europe and future success for ANB

February
26, 2014 (RELEASE) -- The ANB Academy will be traveling to Europe
over March Break, 2014. Three teams (2 boys & 1 girls) will be playing
games against professional youth academies in Italy, England and France. The
boys (99 and 98 / 97 teams) will first travel to Rome and stay at the renowned
Italian Olympic Centre where they will play 2 games within one week. They will
then fly to England for another week and participate in games, including
traveling to Manchester to face youth teams from Manchester United. The girls
team (99 / 98) will be based in London where they will train as well as play
games against top female youth teams, including Arsenal and Chelsea. There will
also be the opportunity to travel to Paris to face Paris St. Germain.

Futbol ... Players Volunteering in the Community

2014 (RELEASE) -- Players from the ANB Soccer Academy met together
once their season had ended, to deliver gifts and give back to the community.
On Dec 15 and 21st, a group of ANB boys spent their day visiting two different
care centers. The boys visited with the seniors at the Amica Home and some of
the residents at the Maple Health Center.
